Work with your coach, Apollo, who is a certified personal trainer, to get back into shape. This consultation is tailored individually, on a person to person basis, and is designed to meet your specific health and fitness goals. You may also bring a friend for a two person fitness consultation.

Fitness Evaluation:

Following a sit-down evaluation, we will construct a detailed nutrition plan that blueprints your dietary guidelines; as well as some nutritional do’s and dont’s. The nutrition plan is customized especially for you individually and will exponentially supplement your workouts.

After we’ve put together the nutrition plan, we will begin to formulate your personal workout program. Your workout program will be set accordingly with the availability allotted by your day to day schedule. Each program will be designed systematically, to outline your path to reach your ideal peak physical condition. So whether you’re looking to gain additional muscle mass or simply lean and tone your physique, your personal workout program will be created accordingly.

Personal Fitness Session:

Following the creation of the workout program, we will head over to the gym and have a walk-through session. This session will include an in-depth description of how to properly execute each one of the exercises in your program and will answer many questions you may come across during your journey. The in-gym session will conclude with an abbreviated fitness aptitude exam. During this exam, we will log certain baseline information, such as your mile time, bench press strength and body measurements, in order to retrospectively track your progress later on.

In addition to your nutrition plan and your workout program this consultation also includes a thoroughly comprehensive support system. Using unlimited email and phone support, we will track your progress, as well as help you troubleshoot any roadblocks that may arise along the way, FREE of charge.

Follow Up Evaluation:

Also, at the 30 day post-consultation point, we will have a one hour, in person, follow-up evaluation, where we will gauge your progress from day 1 to present day. Ultimately, MDC’s Fitness and Nutrition consultation is far and above the cream of the crop within the market. The approximate length for a private consultation is between 5-6 hours and the price is $500.

The approximate length for a group (2 clients/1 instructor) is between 6-7 hours and the price is $400 per student.
